DomAttribute->specified -- Checks if attribute is specified

class DomAttribute {

bool specified ( void )

}

Checks if the attribute was explicitly given a value in the original document.

Notatka: This method is not implemented yet.

Zwraca TRUE w przypadku sukcesu, FALSE w przypadku porażki.
